Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@klarivoo.com.

After reviewing your claim, if we determine that the product is defective, damaged during transit, or the wrong item was sent, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. In some cases, we may also send a replacement at no additional cost.

Refund Processing
If your refund is approved due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
