Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

  • Australia: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 5–12 business days

  • Other International Destinations: 7–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We may also offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active.

Delayed Shipments

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@klarivoo.com with your order number and photos of the product. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or a full refund.
